Who says the holidays have to be filled with party after party, and meal after meal, of unhealthy foods? Don't let too many greasy appetizers, heavy entrees and tempting sugary sweets weigh you down this holiday. With a little creativity in the kitchen, we're sure that your holiday meals can be both tasty and healthy. The MamasHealth and Graspr communities want to learn from you exactly how you plan to make your holiday meals healthier this year.

Between November 1st and December 31st 2008, we invite you to submit your original video documenting your healthy holiday meal cooking tips and suggestions. Show us how you prepare your healthy holiday meals and what exactly you do that makes them healthier. Remember to include the healthy ingredients and substitutions you use, as well as detail the manner in which you cook the meal to make it healthier. For example, if fried turkey is a Thanksgiving tradition in your family, show us how this year your choice of organic ingredients, healthier oil substitutes, and new baking techniques will make your meal healthier. Your video can be uploaded in any format, all we ask is that you keep your video to 5 minutes or less and under 250mb.
