This is a good stretch for your lats and the long head of the triceps.
This single arm version is especially good for use after a SMFR session of the lats.
After you perform SMFR on either lat, perform this stretch directly following the self- myofascial release.
You can use something other than the stability ball if you want such as a balance bar, kitchen counter in your home, weight bench .... you get my point.
Make sure you have only your fists on the ball, your arms are completely straight and you keep your core drawn in to get the most benefit out of this stretch.
Tight lats can lead to muscle imbalances which can cause pain and eventually lead to injury.
