Description: Learn how to spin an ultra short, luxury (more...) fiber like yak down in this video. I would suggest spinning fine singles and Navajo plying to get a thicker yarn to knit from. This fiber has a tendency to want to spin fine as well. There is really no need to prep the fiber as it should already be in batt form when purchased because of the fly-away nature of the dawn. Description: Learn how to clean mud Fleece in this vi (more...)deo. I have had this polypay fleece sitting in the closet for almost a year because I could not think of a way to clean the nasty, muddy tips. I was told the tips get caked like this because of the fineness of the fleece...I don't know about that story. Here is how I finally cleaned the tips to half-way decently and hopefully this will help someone else. (less)
