When I am trying this technique either their shoulder gets in the way or they can easily pull their arm out. Any tips as to what I am doing wrong? It may be flexibility issues on my part or maybe I'm doing the technique incorrectly or both.
Any tips on improving flexibility for rubber guard? I do butterfly and push the knees down often, anything else?
