Medicine ball chest press on the stability ball is a good exercise to work your triceps and a little bit of chest.
If you can't do medicine ball push-ups with both hands on the ball, this is a good alternative.
Keep your elbows in to work your triceps more. Flare out your elbows to work your chest more.
If you have a workout partner they can apply manual resistance in addition to the medicine ball by pressing down on the ball.'
Don't assume medicine ball chest press will be too light for you. If you know how to properly perform sets and reps you can get enough muscular contraction out of this exercise even if you don't have a workout partner to apply manual resistance.
